As a seasoned CRM expert with over 13 years of experience across various tech enterprises,
I recognised a critical gap in the educational landscape: the absence of formalised training programs dedicated to CRM expertise. When coaching and mentoring junior and more senior direct reports, I realised there were no CRM educational resources I could refer them to.

Despite its crucial role in modern business operations, CRM remains a skill set largely acquired through hands-on experience rather than formal education.

Driven by a passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others to excel in this pivotal field, I decided to launch the CRM Academy. Drawing upon my extensive experience spanning diverse tech companies, I envisioned a space where individuals could access comprehensive resources, learn best practices, and engage in knowledge-sharing discussions tailored specifically to CRM.
